Bottomley Stibnite-Included Quartz Page

Pershing County, Nevada

Welcome to my sales page of Bottomley stibnite-included quartz crystals. There are many varieties of stibnite inclusions in the crystals and I recommend sets of specimens to represent this locality.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Enjoy!    SCOTT       Bottomley Collecting Story

Our largest, quality, included crystal, measuring 6.0 x 2.8 x 2.0 cm.  These stibnite and stibiconite inclusions form a cap in the upper portion of this otherwise gem-clear quartz crystal.  There is obvious damaged on the side of the tip, caused by fault movement in the crystal vein.  Still, this quartz is complete all the way around (with an angled detachment along the base) with beautiful and intricate inclusions-  *SOLD*

A RARE, 4.5 x 3.8 x 2.0cm *plate* consisting of 5 terminated, stibnite AND stibiconite-included quartz crystals ranging from 0.5-1.5cm long.  One, un-included quartz is missing the termination (cause by tectonic fault damage), but I feel it is still displayable and certainly enjoyable- $75

*SOLD*

A 3.2 x 1.2 x 1.0 cm brilliant gem quartz crystal with great, semi-dendritic, bright- metallic stibnite inclusions to 7mm.  The quartz tip shows only minor edge wear.  One of my favorite specimens- $60

*SOLD*

A smaller, 2.0 x 0.7 x 0.6cm quartz with a near perfect termination.  The *terminated* stibnite inclusions are thick and heavy, with good luster. This is as good as they got for a quartz this size!  $50

*SOLD*

A nice sized, 3.5 x 2.5 x 2.0cm, well formed, gemmy quartz crystal with a good mix of metallic stibnite and powder white-yellow stibiconite inclusions- $50

*SOLD*

A very attractive 2.8 x 1.2 x 1.2cm stibnite and stibiconite-included quartz crystal, with an 8mm+ stibnite aesthetically laying in the termination!  The tip is sharp and perfect, with one small sub-surface fracture along the side of the termination- $50

*SOLD*

A 2.5 x 1.2 x 1.1cm included quartz with a sharp, undamaged termination.  The stibnite inclusions are very good and range up to 5mm, showing semi-dendritic textures through the glassy quartz faces- $45

*SOLD*

A 2.2 x 1.8 x 1.2cm quartz with a fantastic, 1cm long, bright metallic stibnite inclusion (along with other, smaller stibnites), in a glass-clear quartz crystal. The tip was damaged by vein faulting- $45

*SOLD*

A 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.8cm quartz crystal with

beautiful and unusual, semi-parallel stibnite inclusions to 6mm. Average tip damage from vein faulting- $35

*SOLD*

A 2.5 x 1.2 x 1.1cm crystal with nice inclusions and form. Looks better in person- $35

*SOLD*
